orthPoint Health & Wellness Center is a Hennepin County-operated clinic located in North Minneapolis that offers medical, dental, mental health and human services. Pillsbury United Communities and Hennepin County have built a unique partnership that allows Pillsbury United Communities’ staff to be housed at the clinic to offer additional assistance to patients. Services provided to patients by Pillsbury United Communities’ staff include medical interpretation, enrollment in health insurance plans, preparation for citizenship, legal assistance, and referrals to other organizations.
