Required
Qualifications:

  • AA in Business
    and/or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Two years experience
    in the temporary staffing industry and/or employment and training field,
    or in an area of high volume outside sales
  • Minimum of one
    year of working knowledge and experience in a sales position
  • Ability to perform
    market research, outreach, cold calls and customer sales calls
  • Ability to create,
    develop, forecast, and implement and execute short and long-term sales
    strategies
  • Familiar with the
    standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the sales/marketing
    field
  • Valid Minnesota
    Driver License; meet agency driving requirements and have access to
    a vehicle
  • Ability to communicate
    effectively in writing and in speech; follow-up and follow-through
  • Maintain sales
    territory and quotas; maintain computer database of accounts and temp
    employees
  • Assists in the
    development of marketing program(s)and materials such as partnerships
    and internships



Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership
    in all aspects of New U Temps sales/marketing program including:

    • Developng and
      implementing sales and marketing plan for the Twin Cities and surrounding
      suburbs
    • Cold calling
      (via telephone) and outside sales
    • Negotiation
      of agreements and contracts with customer companies
    • Maintain records
      and provide regular sales progress reports
    • Create, update
      and order New U Temps sales/marketing products and informational
      brochures
    • Assist in managing
      sales and marketing budget
    • Will lead and
      direct the work of team members
    • Manage existing
      accounts (troubleshooting problems, selling additional services
      to active and inactive customers ensuring that goods/services consistently
      meet clients needs)
  • Maintains positive
    community and business relations in order to increase revenue

Required
Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma
    or GED
  • Skilled in the
    use of a variety of tools and equipment for various maintenance tasks
  • Ability to work
    with people of diverse backgrounds
  • One year of maintenance/janitorial
    experience
  • Must be reliable
    and dependable
  • Ability to lift
    up to 50 lbs.
  • Valid Minnesota
    Driver License; meet agency driving requirements
  • Good written and
    verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work
    occasional evenings; as necessary


Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness
    and general upkeep of a 22,000 square foot facility and landscaping
  • Assists in the
    coordination of building maintenance requests; troubleshoots building
    issues; maintains contact with building contractor for facility and
    grounds repair needs
  • Ensure building
    safety and security of facility
  • Creates and maintains
    inventory lists for equipment and building supplies
  • Implements and
    maintains cleaning schedule
  • Works in tandem
    with Building Operations Coordinator to resolve facility operational
    issues
  • Participate on
    agency committees and task teams as needed
